This year the AGM is to be on Wednesday the 8th June 2016 at 7.30 pm.
It is hoped many Friends of The Rooms will attend.
There will be an opportunity to elect members to The Rooms Board of Directors.
An Annual Report will be presented and a question and answer session after.
Cheese and wine will be offered at the end of the formal part of the evening.
